On May 17,yingkou municipal government and jiachen group jointly announced that"jiachen ultra-pure magnesium"was successfully developed and achieved mass production.The product has a purity of over 98%and a volume density of 3.40g/cm3,reaching the international level of similar products and filling the gap of domestic high-grade sintered magnesia.

Magnesite is the main refractory material in steel,cement,glass and other industries.In the international market,high-grade sintered magnesium is extracted from seawater and brine,and the production capacity cannot meet the industry demand.The core technology is in the hands of Japan,the Netherlands and other countries."Jiachen ultra-pure magnesia"USES the world's first innovative process to"refine"high-purity magnesia in the waste and low-grade ore,thus realizing the transformation and upgrading of China's magnesium resistant material industry from mastering resources to mastering core technologies,and the global magnesium resistant material industry thus saying good bye to the problem of insufficient production capacity of high-grade sintered magnesium and technical monopoly.

China is the country with the richest magnesite resources in the world.The reserves of magnesite resources in our province account for more than 50%of the total reserves of the country,but the output of super grade ore that can meet the market quality demand is less than 20%of the total mined.At the same time,a large number of low-grade magnesite is abandoned in the mining process,resulting in waste of resources and occupation of a large number of land,resulting in pollution,serious impact or even threat to the living environment of the mining area.

Jiachen group has invested heavily in the cooperation with northeast university,liaoning university of science and technology and other universities.After years of experiments and researches,it has obtained four national invention patents,namely,mineral purification,scintillation and boiling light burning,pellet pressing and high temperature calcining,to produce ultra-pure magnesite from waste magnesite or low-grade magnesite.This process,do not produce waste,and achieve"waste into treasure""eat dry squeeze clean".It is understood that jiachen ultra-pure magnesium project can"eat"more than 2.6 million tons of abandoned and low-grade magnesite every year after its completion.

Jiashen ultra-pure magnesium project is built on the basis of eliminating the backward production capacity of magnesium resistant material 20 years ago.It does not add an inch of land,adopts natural gas fuel,and produces zero sulfur dioxide emissions.This project sets a model for supply-side structural reform,energy conservation and emission reduction,and transformation and upgrading of private enterprises in magnesium resistant material industry.
